At Peak Performance we are dedicated to providing a wonderful learning experience with the best coaches and the best venues in the region. Your performance is our passion. The following terms and conditions apply in the interests of customer satisfaction. Professional Coaching

All Peak Performance coaching programs will be designed by highly qualified and vastly experienced coaches. Programs will be delivered by the best coaches available and the number of coaches allocated to each program will depend on program numbers.
We are very fortunate to have the highest qualified coaches in the country, including coaches on the ECB Level IV programme and ECB Level III qualified. All our coaches are fully insured and CRB checked and at least one coach per program will be first aid qualified.

Bookings

Bookings for all programs will be confirmed by email or, in the absence of an email contact address, by phone. If you apply for a program that is already fully booked, we will contact you immediately and we will help you seek an alternative program or return payment if necessary. Due to the popularity of our programs, places must be guaranteed with full payment prior to the program commencing. Places can be booked on the day of a program but please contact us by telephone (07709 563772) to ensure we have places available and to aid the planning of the program.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a place on a program, please do so at your earliest convenience. If we are notified 14 days prior to the commencement of the program, a full refund will be given. If we are notified between 7 and 14 days prior to the program, a credit note for the booking will be allocated to be used on another Peak Performance program, subject to availability. If you cancel within 7 days of the program commencing, a refund will unfortunately not be available.
In the unlikely circumstances that Peak Performance needs to cancel a program, we will naturally offer a full refund or credit note if you choose, as well as 10% off the next program booking as compensation.

Insurance

All attendees on Peak Performance programs are covered by our coaches’ insurance policy.

  
Medical Conditions  

Please inform us of any medical condition for players at the start of the program as well as how to administer medication if necessary.

  
Video analysis and photography  

During our coaching programs we may take video footage or photography of a player for analysis or purposes. If you do not wish us to do so, please let us know before the program.

    
Personal Information    

We will store customer details on our database to provide you with details about programs and other relevant information. Your details will not be supplied to third parties. Please inform us if you would like to be removed from our database for any reason.
