Specialist Programs

We run specialist workshops covering the following areas:

- Fast Bowling

- Batting

- Spin Bowling

These advanced programs are suitable for District U12 players and above are delivered in 3 or 4 high quality progressive workshops, covering the key performance components of the skill including:

- Technical analysis and a visual report for each player using the best performance analysis software. Players will have the chance to see themselves perform on a "big screen."

- A complete personalised CD package to take away with you. Includes your technical report as well as guidelines on your key performance components.

- Mental skills training for focus control, effective preparation and performing with pressure.

- Specific power based training program for each skill.

- Skill development and strength awareness sessions.

- Game awareness scenarios.

- A comfortable and challenging environment to promote self-awareness and accelerate learning.
