Ben Wellington

Co-Founder and Managing Director of Peak Performance, Ben Wellington has been a professional coach for over 10 years. Currently on the ECB Level IV Elite Coaching Programme, Ben has extensive experience in designing and delivering effective coaching programmes for individuals and teams of all standards.

He has a proven coaching record of player development and he is the lead coach at The Centre of Excellence, one of the primary venues for Peak Performance coaching programs.

Ben has coached Somerset 1st XI fast bowlers as well as providing performance analysis for the 1st team. He is s regional fast bowling coach for the ECB and the Somerset ECB Academy. Ben has also tutored for the ECB Coach Education Programme. Ben retired from playing in 2004 having played at minor county level, county 2nd XI and England schools.
